Crispy patties on yeast-free dough: scatter with lightning speed

A minimum of ingredients and excellent results! Delicious delicious cakes from thin crisp dough are good both cold and hot. These pies have one drawback - they disappear very quickly. Try them cold the first time may not come out. Prepare patties with cabbage to see this.

For one batch will need:

Dough:

  • 200 ml of warm water;
  • 450-500 g of flour;
  • 150 grams of vegetable oil;
  • 1 tsp. salt and sugar.

Filling:

  • 300 grams of cabbage;
  • 150 g minced meat;
  • carrots and onions - 1 pc .;
  • 2 cloves of garlic;
  • 1 tbsp. tomato sauce.

Cooking:

Add salt and sugar in a bowl of warm water. After dissolving, constantly stirring, pour in vegetable oil. Gradually add flour. At the exit we get a soft, elastic dough that does not stick to the hands. After wrapping the dough in parchment and wrapping it with a towel, we place it in an empty pan, pre-heated with boiling water, and leave for 15 minutes.

We proceed to the preparation of the filling. Fry the chopped cabbage with carrots and half onions, chopped on a coarse grater. Separately, fry the minced meat with the second half of the onion, add garlic. Then put it all together, add tomato sauce, salt, pepper and simmer until half cooked.

We take out the dough and form pies on the principle of pancakes. The output should be 16-17 pieces. Put the finished pies on a parchment laid with a buttered pan. To obtain a brown crust, we grease them with yolk and send them to bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for half an hour.
