But in some recipes it is proposed to cook it along with vinegar, a pair of which has to be inhaled even by those who are outside the kitchen. In addition to the tomato will need:

  • garlic
  • bitter and sweet pepper
  • carrot
  • onion rings
  • horseradish leaves
  • Bay leaf
  • dill and other greens.

Fill the voids with carrots, onions, sweet peppers prepared in advance. Optionally, add peas, other spices, bay leaf. Prepare the cap according to the number of filled cans. At the same time put the kettle warm.

Alternately, fill the filled cans with boiling water and immediately cover them with lids. It is better not to pour water on the tomatoes, so that the skin does not crack. Ready banks gently set aside for approximately 15 minutes. If the banks are placed at a distance from each other, they will cool faster.

The water will need to be drained when the banks are cooled to such an extent that they can be freely picked up. Water can even cool completely, it's not scary.

By the time the jar is left without water, the kettle should boil again. At this stage, it is important that all subsequent actions are carried out without delay.

On 1 liter jar add:

  • 1 tbsp. Sahara
  • 0.5 tbsp. salt
  • 50-60 ml of 6% vinegar.

When changing the volume of the jar, as well as the use of 9% of vinegar or vinegar essence, rates are recalculated.

Immediately fill the jar with boiling water, roll it up or close it with a twist lid, turn it over and set it aside until it is completely cool.
